I'm not due for my period for 10 days and starting two days ago I've had cramp like pain in the lower of my stomach, literally just feeling like period pain. The same pain carried on today nothing extreme or anything I cant handle and then yesterday afternoon my lower back started aching and I've had panadol and if goes away for a while and then comes back. I've had sex a fair bit since my last months period finished UNPROTECTED but I don't think I was ovulating. please help
