I m on antacids since 2½ months My wbc was 8500 two mnths ago My wbc now is 7880 Is A small amount of drop in wbc cause of concern? Why has it dropped ? Also im having a lot of hair fall even im on multivitamin ..

This much difference is normal and some ups and downs keep on occurring. Nothing to worry.
