Sir i am using spectacle from last 6 years but my eye vision is decreasing continuously at the start it was -0. 5 but now it is -3. 5 what should I do to overcome this problem

Hi.. Please dont worry..it is not a high number and  in all probability,  there wont be huge changes now as the number become stable by 18/20 years in males.. Maintain healthy lifestyle , less screen time . When the time is right..u can do laser to remove it.

Minus number increases as the height increases. It will stabilise once your height stabilises. Don't worry. This is a normal process.

Sir by no means we can reduce or halt the spectacle power progression at this age. You didn't mention whether you have a Spherical or Cylindrical power. Mostly for everyone the power stabilizes around the age of 21 years. After that there are lot many options of Refractive surgeries to get rid of Spectacles. Maintain healthy lifestyle, proper working pattern, regular spectacles use and six monthly eye check up.
