Hi from past few weeks i am over eating but still not gaining weight. And was feeling fatigue so i had thyroid test. Which shows low tsh value . i had once this issue 3 years back but in few weeks my tsh levels were normal. All other ttest..cbc. Lft...kft is normal

Could be subclinical hyperthyroidism. Easiest is to repeat test off any supplements.
