Low testosterone cuz of opioid abuse.

Hi, I am having secondary hypogonadism. My testosterone is about 110 ng/ml. I have been abusing codeine from past 4 years. I have hot flashes (excessive sweating) which is bothering me the most. If I go on TRT HRT will my body stop producing testosterone naturally??
