Low sperm motility

Dear Doctors. I am married for last 2.5 years... From last 1 year we are trying for normal pregnancy.. My wifes Haemoglobin is low.. Rest all parameters normal.. My all parameters normal apart from semen analysis.. Today did semen analysis.. Following is the results: 1. Total sperm count -76 2. Progressive motility-20% 3. Non progressive -25% 5. Total motility -45 6. Immotile-55 7. Total sperm in ejaculation -150 8. Morphology normal-18 9. Morphology abnormal -82 10. Pus cell-0-1 Impression-Asthenozeospermia. From last 6 months i quit smoking.. Alcohol very less...monthly once or maximum two times.. Doctor prescribed mazoxa l for three months.. Will it increase my sperm motility? Can I become father normally? I am very much stressed! Please help ..

Based on your sperm parameters there is room for improvement after taking the medications. Yes it can increase the sperm motility.
