Low sperm motility and count

Hi- I did a sperm analysis and found that the sperm count is low and motility is 40%. As per my doctor I just have to take co enzyme Q10 tablets which I am doing but I do feel a little pain in left testicle. I told this to my doctor and he says this could be due to count being increased. I'm not sure on how to cure this asap but I dont think only 1 tablet could help. . I have been taking the tabs since 1 month now.Please advise. Thanks, Manoj
