I m a professional bodybuilder and taking steroids and all but now I m on off season and planing to make a family but I got my Siemens test done and my low sperm count and u plzz suggest me how to boost it

For sperm count : U can take cap..Addyzoa nd Tab Speman 1 each morn n even ...nd also Cap Coq forte ..1 cap in morn only.. All preferably with milk or water for 4 months...

First thing your profession, weight lifting, steroidal support all these definitely affect the sperm production
