Done semen analysis my sperm count is 58 and active motile is 35 only pls suggest me what to do , as we are not able to conceive ?

If we say how is the report??  Then its not that bad... But if u planning for a baby or premature ejaculation problem then its a bad report.. with infection too... Do not panic...
