I achieve erections infrequently and often unsatisfactorily. I usually do not wake up with morning erections. I have a low sex drive in general. I have a desk job but I exercise regularly. Despite exercising and eating well I find it hard to gain muscle mass. Does this indicate testosterone deficiency?
