Hello sir Decrease platelet count after Caesarean section  can be dangerous at times Please check platelet count regularly and if needed transfusion must be done If there is a medical condition which is causing reduced platelet count it must be treated If any fever is persisting along with that it must be treated If you are not satisfied with treatment at give hospital shift somewhere where the more facilities are availble
