Low milk supply - baby immunity

My friend is having low milk supply from the starting of birth. Some elders said that how much she gets atleast 5ml to give daily to child so immunity improves similar to breastfed babies. So she pumps only 10ml of milk and gives baby. Is this true that immunity improves similar to breastfed or she needs to try baby to suck more and produce more milk.

Breastfeeding is best for a baby till 6 months of age....it has many benefits, not only to the baby but also to the mother.....start exclusive breastfeeding again if baby is below 6 mnths
