Low lying placenta- retroplacental colle

2021-07-19 22:34:02
I have completed 13 weeks today. I went for my regular ultrasound and found that my placenta is low lying. The report says placenta is posterior and just covering the os. There is a 17 x 5.4 mm retroplacentral collection seen. My doctor has me on 400 mg progesterone tablets and regular multivitamins. Is the condition worrying? Will it resolve on its own? Any precautions i can take? Also i am obese with 95 kg of weight. My bp was measured yesterday and it was 140/90 . Doctr said we need to monitor now and not advise medicine to it. Is bp a problem of this?
