Iam 13 weeks pregnant now. I have done NT scan yesterday. My doctor said everything is alright but iam having low lying placenta. Is it normal? What should I do to move up the placenta?? What care should I take? Can I walk and take steps? How much time can I walk for a day?? Can I travel shorter distances like 10km? Plz suggest
