Low level Fever and body feels weakness

I have been having fever since 5 days... The level of fever seems low but the main problem is that i am unable to performs any work... I feel weakness in my body if i get up for any work... I don't feel headache or any kind of pain in my body.. Used panadol and ospamox on doctor's recommendation but with little result..
