Hi there,my ferritin level has been dropping in last two years from 50 to 12 (3 weeks ago). I've been ttc for last 4 months and had kind of chemical pregnancy last month. I got a ferinjection last monday and suffering from side affects. It's almost 3 days after the day when I supposed to have my period and nothing has happened yet but I dont want to do the home test just yet because of what happened last month. Does this ferinjection would be harmful If i'm pregnant?
