My father is suffering from hypertension, and as a result, his creatinine levels spiked to 1.65 six months ago. Currently, they range between 1.13-1.3. However, his hemoglobin is very low at 8.4. Could you please recommend effective medications to help maintain his hemoglobin within the normal range?
