I am anemic like.when I wake mrning my full body aching,during day. Fatigue ,Everytime in sleeping state.dizziness.breathlessness ,lower back pain,pain on neck between shoulders and under the near head(cervical),,,leg cramps at night ,,,,hyperpigments on face,,thin hair,,liquid menses,,plz help me to out this problem,,it effects my study
