I have baby for 1yr ,cs delivery .period is irregular before pregnancy period regular .all counts normal Bt hp 10  I feel very tired . I'm feeding mother .so what can I do offer xt tab &calcium tab also dr prescribed after delivery if it is restart or other medicine star plz tell me sir
