Low haemoglobin of my kids

My 1.7 years old and 3.4years old boy has low haemoglobin levels of 9.5 and 10.4 respectively Kindly suggest treatment

Rather than treatment please do hemoglobin electrophoresis and iron studies before starting any iron supplements. Please give worm Medicine before starting iron supplements. Please visit your pediatrician for further information.
