Actually I had my periods last week and it was very heavy..now I'm having weakness and it's difficult for me to sleep even I wake up at night with heavy heart beat and sweating...my haemoglobin level is 9.1 l...can I take iron supplements? I have feronia-XT suspension can I take that ?
