From two days i have low fever and drowsiness also there is some sort to small rashes on leg and hand and also mild pain in legs.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. You should have attached a picture of the rash.
