Low dose antibiotics

Have been suffering from burning sensation in penis and toes for 2 months.Have done CT scan,X-ray, Ultrasound,Urine culture(multiple times),Uroflowmetry.Everything is normal except in routine Urine analysis appearance is hazy and microorganisms is scanty.Already taken cipro and Tictoc(cephalosporin) for 5 days each.No improvement. Please let me know low dose antibiotics which I can take for long duration. Please help.
