I'm a student and have recently faced a gradual loss in my concentrating power. What all can I do? :(

If u have any other interest like playing  video games,playing outdoor games,watching tv,or any other thing ...then just drop them.Now only concentrate  ur studies . To increase attention and concentration u must empty ur mind from other things .
