Low bp problem and high pulse

My BP is 54/94 and pulse is 100. How to normal my BP and pulse rate. Explain what should I eat and what should I avoid.is there any prblm if I have low BP?

U needn't take drugs for low BP... Ur reading must be 94/54 and not the other way round as u have mentioned

probably reading not correct dificult to interperate 94 lower and 54 upper get bp recorded morning evening three days then inform for high pulse rate need latest ecg bp lipid profile etc to advice drugs
