Low body temperature

My body temperature has always been slightly low but now it has dipped below 96°F. It is always below 96 at different times of the day. I also experience severe fatigue and mood swings in the morning after waking up.

Ho, it is not very low. Don't worry. You may need to be checked for hormone levels.

Normal body temperature of 98.6 F need not always be in each and every person. Individual variation can be in some people. As long as no problem is felt , it is fine to have low temperature. As for as fatigue and mood swings , insufficient rest or stress may be the cause.
