I feel low BP many times. Symptoms which I feel include, palpitations, tremors, weakness, spinning head sometimes. I got all the necessary tests done like thyroid, HbA1c, B12, D3, CBC, BSL. Every test shows normal report. What can be the issue?

Just take lot of fluids,jaljeera and coffee whenever feel dizzy with low BP
