Good evening, al taking sartel 40 mg from past 6 months, where my BP used to be 154/88. I felt little drowsy in the morning when I checked my BP today it was 123/64, can I take my regular dose. Than you

Blood pressure of 123/64 is normal blood pressure You can continue taking your normal doses If the feeling of dizziness continues visit your physician It may not b related to BP MEDICATION and could by Ear problem leading to dizziness which increases with change in position
