Low amount of semen secretion
I am 34 years old. My problem is low semen secretion. I am unable to build physical relationship with my wife for 2 or 3 times. For 1st time usually I do not face any problem. But in 2nd time or 3rd time in a same day when I want to sex with my wife face issue. Penis erected perfectly but the amount of semen secretion is very less. In 3rd time penis erected but no semen secretion. prolactin 13 nanograms total testosterone is 690 nanograms and semen analysis (all factor ok) . cannot understand
