Low afi - 34 weeks pregnancy

I have done a scan in 33 weeks and it shows afi 7.3 cm.... My doc started hermin drips for 2 days and l arginine sachet once a day... Is there anything more I can do to increase my afi??? Does afi remains same or it will reduce?
