I have lots of pimples on my face and it is so irritating. Some marks also on my face. I feel so irritating.

Pimples is called Acne Vulgaris and occurs due to blockage of skin pores in people having oily skin or thick oil production in skin which clogs the pores. It needs proper treatment from a Dermatologist and you should visit one as early as possible to prevent permanent scarring of the face.
