I have been prescribed Lotesol M & Soha Eye Drop, both to be instilled 4 Times a day. What should be ideal time gap between 2 doses of Lotesol M ? Is 4 hour gap okay for the first time I instill Lotesol M and the second time i instill the same?

Lotesol M eyedrop can be installed with a gap of 3 hours. So, one drop in morning at around 9am,second drop at 1pm,3rd drop at 4pm and last drop at 8pm
You can maintain a gap of 10 minutes between soha eyedrop and lotesol M eyedrop

Maintain a gap of 15-20minitues before two eye drops, to avoid washout or excess drainage of the medicine. U can instill Lotesol M first, close eyes for atleast 5minutes after any eye drop, give a 20mins gap and then instil the 2nd type of drop. 4 times/day means morning, afternoon, evening and night 1 drop each time
