I have lot of pimples on my face which look very bad. It pains something. Looking very ugly and irritating

hi. upto the age of 25 generally pimples cause issues. of ur pimples are painful n big u will require oral n topical medicines. to start with wash ur face 3-4 times a day with a salicylic acid based facewash. visit a qualified dermatologist soon to get rid of pimples. good luck.
