I take ipill after 23 hrs of unprotected sex and now i have pain in lower abdomen which medicine i would use for pain in abdomen

I pill cn sometimes cause pain and eventually withdrawl or breakthrough bleed. You cn take meftal spas for pain after food. However chances are there that u may bleed intermittently too
