Since 2 days its bean and my sense of smell is is gone I've been taking almoxgt250 xykaa650 nise100 Body ache and fever is fine but your smile is still not recovered please help me with that

I hope these medications are prescribed by lisenced practitioners and not self taken .kindly avoid self treatment and if ur covid positive antibiotics are of no use. Smell will automatically come back when bodies immunity gets stronger kindly do consult
