Loss of smell

I woke up day after yesterday with a complete loss of smell. I got tested for covid which was negative and I am not facing any other health issues. I also have a DNS in my nose but what else could it be?

Repeat test after 5 days.. Also share more history as to whether you have any cold or nasal blockage

It could be polyps but less likely that any other condition  that would cause sudden loss of smell. Generally  its a viral infection that  causes these type of issues. May not be covid may be another virus. Anyways loss of smell comes back to normal within 3 month max. So don't worry
