Loss of smell , high eosinophil count

I hv long term sinus problems, and migraine , lots of consultation done , and recently from 3 weeks loss of smell, cnt even make any difference between smell of perfume or cooking chicken, however on blood test found eosinophil count of 800, Can someone suggest how do I improve in my daily life , and how can it impact my health
