Loss of sensations in thighs!!

2019-03-30 14:54:00
I am having lack of sensation in outer sides of both the thighs for almost one and half year. I guess it started due to long sitting on uncomfortable chair, sleeping on hard mattress  and running on roads that too whitout any warm up. Sometimes I feel weird pain inside thighs, it goes after some oil massage. Could you suggest me, what should I do to treat it well and complete ? which doctorshould I consult ?

Your condition appears to me as meralgia paresthetica. Consultant an orthopedic/neurologist for some medication that will help   soothe the nerve..moreover you can see a physiotherapist who will apply few appropriate modalities to releif the pain and teach you how to stretch the nerve (lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh)
