It is abdominal infection. Give syrup ondansetron 5 ml on empty stomach and start giving liquids after 1/2 hour. If child retains, start giving ORS and plenty of liquids. Loose motions will take 2-3 days to subside. If vomiting is persistent, consult your Pediatrician in person.

if urine output is less, consult your Pediatrician urgently.
