Hi sir Some times i have loss memory i hate this things and my carrier is not increse due to this please suggest me what will do

hey,loss of memory of what? in academic ?? it's quite normal ,may be due to stress full life, lot of worries lack of concentration, ,stay calm ,cool , try to concentrate on one thing at time
