Recently I lose weight and notice a bulge or bone which is sticking out there on missile of chest what it could be please tell when. I press it separate my rib cage in to right and left

This appears to be normal from the picture, but i would advise you to visit the ER and undergo an investigation such as X-Ray chest to confirm any anatomical changes.
