Hello, to reduce weight you have to leave your laziness first, and cut off some of your bad dietary habits.
Adopt daily half hour to one hour physical activity, both morning and evening,(jogging,gym.swimming, sports), and reduce your over all calorie intake(avoid added sugers, sweets, only three meals per day and have to stop taking food before you feel full stomach, avoid junk foods)
With out sweating with physical activity and decrease in your daily calorie intake you can’t reduce your weight.
