Sir my 4 months old Son is having liquid & foam type of yellow stools 8 times a day after his location changed to Kolkata from Lucknow. My Son only consumes Mothers milk. Mother is pure RO water consumer. "Folcovit Distab" is the medicine given by my local doctor in form of half capsule in mothers milk. Please tell me is this tablet is safe for the 4 months baby? Please help

Hello.......its folic acid in combination with probiotics and other vitamins and minerals.. You have not mentioned dosage.. Continue breastfeeding... It's also very important to maintain hygiene condition around baby.. His clothes, coverings should be clean.. Most of the times diarrhea subsides on its own.
