Hello, if this antibiotics is prescribed after examined by doctor then continue, most important in this age babies is,, prevent them getting dehydrated,, feed the baby with bread milk as frequently as possible, baby may needs sips of ors solution. If baby vomits,, or not feeding well, or gets lethargic,, loose stool worsens, Consult pediatrician immediately.
