Loose motions and Vomiting

My 9 month old baby has had 3-4 heavy loose motions per day for 3 days. And 1 big vomiting every day for 3 days. Dr has prescribed Taxim o 100 syrup and econorm sachet. I have already given 2 dose bt I don't see any improvement. Baby is active but cranky too. Also his diet has reduced

Greetings looks like some abdominal Infection so u can continue same medication wait for 2 days

Please give WHO ORS after each loose stool. It might be viral. Antibiotic is fine. But with or without antibiotic it will take time. Give pro biotic and zinc also
