My daughter 4month old cold&cough Dr prescribed amoxyclav 91.4 8drops tid ,ascoril flu 8drop tid &Salina. For 5 days After 2day baby have loose motion after giving every  medicine doses Dr prescribed super flora Bb 5 pkt for 5days  sachet 1pkt given .but  again loose  motion come every dosage giving   not treated what can I do plz help me plz say any solution

Not to worry it could be because of amoxiclav drops. Once the dosage is completed for 5 days, loose stools will subside. Maintain hydration by breast feeding often.If baby is having severe diarrhoea then stop amoxiclav drops and consult paediatrician in person.
