Hello, this is water born or food born infection, if you have colicky abdominal pain or passage of blood in stools, or stools contain mucus like thing then you both need to visit doctor immediately, since you need treatment from antibiotics. If stools are watery and less frequent if you both can feed well, drink ors solutions so frequently as possible or tender coconut to prevent both of you getting dehydration. If your baby gets gets lethargic, gets fever, doesn't feed consult doctor immediately.
