  3. Loose bowels. Is there. please suggest?

Loose bowels

For past 1 month I am passing loose bowels. FIrst I thought it to be a stomach infection and did a course of metrogyl but it didnt helped. Whatever I am eating i am not able to digest.acidity and too much gas formation is there. Please suggest

Get your stool tested for ova or cyst Look in your diet which items are causing intolerance Add 3 tsp isabghul husk to lukewarm water and drink at night for 2 weeks to improve your stool consistency
