Pain in the left side of the chest... sometimes in the upper back...heart burn... fatigue...sense of fullness... muscle pain...acidinflux... sometimes sweating ECG & TMT normal...no heart problems deducted

u have gastroesophageal reflux disease need upper gi endiscopy to look for haitus hernia any histroy of smoking and akcohol any hiayroy of diabetes and hypertension have u done any investigation
