Longitudinal Left Axis Deviation/ Urgent

Dear Doctors, I have been facing some chest tightness issues for the past 4-5 days, generally during the night. It it intermittent during the day but feels like some pressure. Got an ecg done on advice of a doctor. Wanted to please understand what this left axis deviation means and if it's normal. Am scared. I have subclinical hypothyroidism
